Do you get tired, hungry and irritable if you don’t eat every couple hours? I use to be this way but I got my sugar monster under control and I want to share with you how I did it (I wasn’t doing Keto). Not only that, I was totally into the “low-fat” mantra and freaked out about fat! Guess what, I now LOVE fat and I want you to love it too, but to know how much is too much and when to eat it.
My down time use to be 4 pm, I would push through, determined not to use caffeine, but it was a struggle. Can you relate? I sometimes look at the clock now and can’t believe it’s 4 pm because I’m still full of energy and ready for evening activities and I’m not twenty, but in my sixties.
Ok, big secret, I use to be chronically constipated ever since I was a kid. Then, as I aged, I had the fun stuff show up like bloating and gas (I’m really being open here!) But now, in my sixties I have better digestion than I’ve ever had, and you can too, and I want to show you how, whether you do the Keto diet or not!
Along with aging we often notice more inflammation, aches, and pains. When I get off track with my eating plan I feel like I have arthritis everywhere, neck, shoulders, wrists and back, my body screams at me. Many of my clients report lowered inflammation that allows them to start doing the things they love again like biking, hiking, tennis, running, racquetball and playing with the grandkids!

For some of you, the Ketogenic diet may not be the first place to start (head on over to my 10 Day Detox instead).
If you have had chronic stress for a long time, do not sleep well, are dealing with overwhelming life events, then this may not be the right time to jump into a Keto diet. I usually suggest we start with the 21 Day Keto Kit (or the 10 Day Detox) and evaluate at the end of the program whether you feel you can take the jump and go fully, Keto.
