Can you imagine as an adult how many we have after living decades on this earth?
Even if we eat a “clean” diet we cannot avoid a build-up of chemicals in our tissues. Pesticides, herbicides, phthalates (found in “scents” used in cleaning products, air fresheners, laundry products, etc.), arsenic, BPA from plastics (hormone disruptors), and all the list of chemicals found in our drinking water. It’s enough to make you want to throw up your hands and say “I give up!”
There is something you can do about it! Our bodies are amazing pieces of machinery that want desperately to detox all these chemicals, we just need to give them the tools to do just that.
Did you know that a specific signal program our cells to die? We have about 50 billion cells dying in our body every day, which is a good thing (think cancer, when cells don’t die) but we don’t want them dying too soon either.
Men, listen up! Studies show that phthalates can trigger what’s known as “death-inducing signaling” in testicular cells, making them die earlier than they should. Yep, that’s cell death in your man parts…..If that’s not enough, studies have linked phthalates to hormone changes, lower sperm count, less mobile sperm, birth defects in the male reproductive system, obesity, diabetes, and thyroid irregularities!

We all have been quarantined for over three months now, stuck in our houses which are one of the most toxic places (besides a work office) that we can be. Not only that, but our exercise routines have been disrupted because our gyms are closed and our fitness classes canceled.
