The more I learn about the human body and the intricacies that connect our food with our bio-chemistry the more I realize that ancient wisdom knew this all along.

Food Is Information
When we sit down to eat that’s not what we are thinking, I know I don’t! You are a mass of trillions and trillions of cells. Every one of them is waiting for that “information” so it can sustain life. Each cell is a little city within the body with hundreds of activities going on all the time.
“The cellular system is just amazing. You can think of a cell as a little machine that does lots of different things. The cell senses, cells make more of itself. They it read and replicates DNA. For all of these things to occur, proteins have to vibrate and interact with one another”, says University of Buffalo physics professor, Andrea Markelz. After all, as Nobel Prize-winning physicist Carlo Rubia says. “we are only 1 billionth physical matter. The rest is pure energy which can be affected by vibration. This includes all the systems in your body and cancer cells as well.” I once heard a speaker say our cells vibrate at 100,000 time a second! So fast that we cannot see it with the naked eye.
So what does that mean and how does that connect to ancient wisdom? Living “food” vibrates as well, it is “cellular” and has energy. Food that cannot “rot” like a box of cereal, has no “energy”, very little “life force”, so how can it be used as information by your cells???? Living food is loaded with information molecules like vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fats, sugars and proteins. Studying ancient cultures that have had very little access to “man-made” foods you see vibrantly healthy people doing things in their 80’s, 90’s and 100’s that most of us struggle to do in our 50’s!
When you start to look at food that way it changes your perspective on what you are putting in your mouth. You start to realize that packaged, canned, boxed and processed food has no life force, therefore it cannot “feed” your life force, which are your cells.
The talk that I will be doing on March 10th will dive deep into cellular health and the role foods play in feeding that cell with the correct information so it can do its job of keeping you alive. Here is a glimpse….
- The cell membrane is the “gateway” to the inner city, what is it made of and how can you feed it?
- Your cell “city” has power plants called Mitochondria, what is their primary food?
- DNA can be damaged which then causes a “mutated” cell to form, how do we stop that?
- In order to prevent age related disease we need to encourage the cells garbage men and recyclers to go to work, what can we do to get them to show up for work?
- Since the cell vibrates at such a high speed and real food does also, which foods will keep that vibrational level working into our golden years?
